"Priority Registration" packets will be mailed to Northwest Fire & Rescue Exposition 2007 exhibitors who filled out the exhibitor commitment at the show, or within 30 days. Dues statements will be mailed with "Priority Registration" packets.

Dec. 10

Deadline for articles & advertisement for 1^st edition of The 5^th Alarm.

Jan. 8

First edition of The 5^th Alarm will be mailed out.

"Priority Registration" closed.  Registration received by mail must be postmarked by December 31^st. All exhibit space not confirmed and paid for will be made available to others through a "General Mail Out”.

Jan. 15

"General Mail Out" packets with dues statements sent to all companies on our mailing list.

Deadline for articles & advertisement for 2^nd edition of The 5^th Alarm.

Feb.1

Second edition of The 5^th Alarm will be mailed out.

Feb. 15

Deadline for articles & advertisement for 3^rd edition of The 5^th Alarm.

Mar. 3

Third edition of The 5^th Alarm will be mailed out.

Mar. 14

Deadline for articles & advertisement for 4^th edition of The 5^th Alarm.

Exhibitors are encouraged to make motel reservations prior to April 1.

Mar. 20

Last day membership dues can be paid to receive member rate on exhibitor booth space.

Apr. 1

Fourth edition of The 5^th Alarm mailed out.

Last day to cancel exhibitor booth or floor space.

No refunds after April 1.

Apr. 15

Deadline for articles & advertisement for 5^th edition and show edition of The 5^th Alarm.

May 1

Final day to register as exhibitor.

Badge forms must be received for pickup at the show.  Badges can be ordered at the show on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Fifth edition of The 5^th Alarm mailed out.

Apparatus washing and storage available after 12:00

May 15

Show set-up and move-in day.
