show program, The 5th Alarm, distributed to every fire
department/district in Oregon, Washington, Northern California,
Alaska, and Montana. We also distribute to the Washington
Commissioners, Oregon Fire District Directors, Oregon and Washington
Fire Mechanics. Advertising rates are very reasonable and limited to
only Exhibitors at the 2009 Northwest Fire & Rescue Expo. Click here

Step 1.
Complete the
Exhibitor Contract and Website Information
forms. Registration will be completed once we have received full
payment. Payment may be made by check or credit card. We take Visa,
Master Card, and American Express. Please contact us with credit
card information.
Step 2.
As an exhibitor you have the opportunity to advertise in our
official newsletter and show program, The 5th Alarm. The 5th Alarm
is sent to all fire departments in Oregon, Washington, Alaska,
Idaho, Montana, and Northern California. Included in our mailing
list are also members of the Washington Commissioners, Washington
Fire Mechanics and Oregon Mechanics. Please see the
Information Packet and Insertion Order Form.
These can be submitted via email. We will mail/email invoices after
each edition goes to print.
Step 3.
After registration is finalized please review the
Exhibitor
Notebook. You will find our
2010 Calendar, a
list of
Sponsoring Hotels and information packets from our
Electrical
Contractor,
Decorator,
and
Lead
Retrieval Company.
Step 4.
Once you have finalized your staff for your exhibit area, please
submit a
Badge Order Form. Badges will be
available for pick-up at the show office on Thursday, May 13th. If
you will need more that one parking pass for your company, please
submit an online
Parking
Pass Order Form.
